Revolutionized Prime Video user experiences by pioneering the first use of Large Language Models and delivering selective Machine Language models to create and optimize personalized content profiles. Governed Prime Video Tier 1 infrastructure powering 70% of Prime Video storefront across all applications.  Implemented transformative discovery and recommendation features through inception, design, delivery and live support.  Directed and managed all program aspects through a multi-national group of 35+ software engineers, technical program managers and applied scientists, scaled through four teams. 

Senior Manager, Software Development – Amazon Books Global Demand (Jan 2018 – Nov 2020) 

Innovated and executed groundbreaking delivery of fully automated, personalized lifecycle marketing content to users via email, push and on-site.  Developed and implemented a new program inputting book content understanding into personalization systems.  Determined and controlled the strategic vision for Amazon Books marketing, growing a team from 3 to 20+ software engineers, scaling through one other manager.  Promoted to Senior Manager within 2 years in this role.
